Employees Career Development and the Key Elements of Competency

摘要：

There are vital relations between employees career development and their competence. Based on the discussion about the concept of competence and career development, this paper has made a further analysis of the inherent logical relationship. The paper states that it is the key qualitative factors of competency (the main referencing standard is competency dictionary) which has played a deciding role in career development.
