The Innovation Tactics of Enterprises Knowledge Worker Based on Psychological Contract
The psychological contract is the psychological link between the enterprise and the staff. It is also the key factor that affects the enterprise knowledge workers potential ability and creativity. Based on the analyses of the change in the psychological contract of enterprise knowledge workers under the new economy, the innovation tactics, the construction of the atmosphere that fit for knowledge worker creation and development and the building of multiple development ways and effective occupation incentive mechanism are put forward in this thesis.
