Research on Human Resource Management System and Organizational Performance:A Test of the Role of Employee Ability and Employee Incentive
This paper constructs a research model integrating Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and organizational performance (OP) from the perspective of employee ability and employee incentive. Based on theory development, we propose hypotheses between HRMS, employee ability, employee incentive and organizational performance. We obtained 221 effective samples in a snowball sampling manner and tested the sample data with SEM. Results show that some of the hypotheses are supported.
