The Research on Appraisal of Competence Model

摘要：

Competence model appraisal is the essential link of competence model construction, and the important bridge which connects the phase of model study and exploitation as well as the phase of model application. This article will analyze the meaning of competency model, demonstrate its content from three primary aspects, and introduce two kinds of appraisal methods. Finally, this paper will make a key conclusion based on the previous theoretical analysis and relevant case study.
