Using and Creating of the Complexity of Organization Change
Multi-level, multi-factor and complex and variable environment results in complexities of organization change, which should be not only controlled and used based on time and situation hut also made the source of organizational competitive advantage. The paper firstly analyzes the effect that dynamic complex environment has on organization change, then discusses how to use organization complexity under certain circumstances, and finally puts forward methods of how to consolidate and create organization complexity.
