Research on the Relationship between Management Communication and Employee Performance
Because of the significance of communication satisfaction on employee attitude and behavior, it is getting growing attention of researchers and organizations. In fact, there are no special documents about the relations between communication satisfaction and employee performance, but about the outcome variables of communication satisfaction, communication and job satisfaction, and some relafed researches. The only few researches on communication satisfaction and employee performance do not agree on the conclusions.
