The Investigation to the Influence Mechanism of Job Satisfaction to Organization Commitment
This paper tests the moderate impact of job experience and perceived alternative employment opportunities (PAEO) in the model of job satisfaction (JS) and organization commitment (OC). The results find that,with the different employees with different job experience (JE) and perceived alternative employment opportunities (PAEO), the factors of job satisfaction (JS) which affect organization commitment (OC) are different. Also, there are some common factors which affect organization commitment (OC) in all situations.
