The Effect of Transactional and Transformational Leadership Behavior on Organizational Citizenship Behavior
This paper seeks to examine the relationship between leadership and organizational citizenship behavior based on the scale developed by Bass and Avolios Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire. The research used 155 effective questionnaires drawn from employees of state-owned and private enterprises. The results show that there is a relationship between transformational leadership and OCB, but not between transactional leadership and OCB.
