DESIGN AND RESEARCH ON GRADIENT STRUCTURE CONCRETE BASED ON VOLUMETRIC STABILIZATION
Because of the particularity of volumetric deformation and failure in theunderground concrete,gradient-structural design method of the concrete was proposed,andthe inter-laminar deformation consistency was controlled for the optimization of the material,structure and performance by means of interface mechanics. Furthermore,the accelerated testwas divided into two series. The first series was made that the volumetric stabilization ofconcrete component with single side exposed to high-pressure and rich water was evaluatedby the means of swelling deformation value of the sample with single-side exposedgroundwater environment. The second series was established that the damage degree of themicro-crack brought by the interaction of temperature cycle and groundwater wascharacterized by the electric flux change. The higher volumetric stabilization of GSC systemwas also evident from the following results: the swelling value of GSC system was declinedby 60%-74% at 44 weeks compared to conventional single-layer structure system,and theelectric flux change of GSC system only increased from 149 C to 252 C,while conventionalsingle-layer structure systems noticeably increased from 1267 C to 2728 C.
