RELIABILITY ANALYSIS OF LARGE TRUSS ARCH AQUEDUCT BASED ON RESPONSE SURFACE METHOD
The response surface method is an ideal selection for reliability analysis ofcomplex large-scale structure with implicit limit state function. By combining a sample oftruss arch aqueduct in South-to-North Water Transfer Project,a three-dimensional finiteelement model was established,and the limit state function of truss arch aqueduct wasobtained by applying space finite element method and quadratic polynomial response surfacemethod based on statistical analysis of structure stochastic variables. Then,reliability index ofthe large truss arch aqueduct was achieved. For those structure systems that have similar forcemechanism,the method adopted in this paper could also be useful for reference to itsstructural analysis and durability evaluation.
