THE EXPERIMENT RESEARCH ON THE TEMPERATURE DAMAGE OF HYBRID-FIBER REINFORCED CONCRETE
To ensure the carrying safety and long-term durability of nuclear waste,usingorthogonal mix proportion design and incorporating steel,polypropylene hybrid fiber,fly ashor steel fiber solely in the concrete,then flexural properties tests are carried out respectively atnormal temperature and after being heated to 150℃. By the gradation and variance analysis,the quantification of effects which the different kinds of admixtures and their incorporationhad toughness of concrete had been done; fiber type and incorporation can improve themechanical properties of high performance concrete effectively after cracking,thischaracteristic would be more significant after being heated; steel fiber A which is morelonger,with the type of sheared thread has the best effect on anti-cracking and toughening atpre-and post heating; with the increase of fiber incorporation,the flexural properties of hybridsteel fiber concrete present the increasing tendency basically,if the total incorporation is quiteclose,the flexural property of hybrid steel fiber is better than incorporation one at normaltemperature,otherwise,they are similar after being heated.
