EFFECT OF PRE-WETTED SHALE CERAMISITE ON INTERNAL RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND AUTOGENOUS SHRINKAGE OF SULPHOALUMINATE CEMENT CONCRETE

The effect of dosage and particle size of pre-wetted shale ceramisite on internalrelative humidity (IRH),autogenous shrinkage (AS) and strength of sulphoaluminate cementconcrete (SCC) was studied in this paper. The result indicates that the IRH decreases rapidlywithin 7d age and the early autogenous shrinkage grows fast. Whats more,pre-wetted shaleceramisite plays a key role in regulating IRH,which can effectively decrease AS. Therelationship among the amount of water imported by pre-wetted shale ceramisite,IRH and ASare established, which provides a new method for controlling IRH and reducing AS of SCC.
