STRUCTURAL PERFORMANCE OF DETERIORATED CONCRETE STRUCTURES - INTRODUCTION OF RESEARCH ACTIVITIES BY JSCE-331

摘要：

The work performed by the JSCE Committee 331 is demonstrated. The Committeefocused on structural performance of deteriorated concrete structures,which is a commonkey for rational life cycle management,durability design and maintenance of structures.JSCE-331 was organized in May 2004,published a report in September 2006 on the activitiesin the first two years and is now going on its works until the end of 2008. This paper presentsbackground and outline of the committee,some essences of its approaches,which areexperimental studies on structural behaviour of deteriorated concrete members,computationalmodels and case study on assessment of structural performance of actual deterioratedstructures.
