Mutual Trust and Complement: Critical Path for Win-win of Energy Cooperation between EU and China
The energy cooperation between China and the EU is an important part of bilateral relationship and becomes more and more crucial for assuring global energy security. Treatment of the energy issue shall be linked with the economic and wade context. China is not a threat for energy market but a constructive partner. Mutual trust and understanding is a must and premise for further energy cooperation, including cooperation in Africa.As each party has its comparative advantages, complementary methods will increase the success in their cooperation. And we can achieve win-win for both sides and triple win with Africa.
