Diversify Entry Modes to EU Market

摘要：

Most of the enterprises of China which aim at gaining access to the EU market have been using exporting methods, especially indirect exporting method. Such a situation has more disadvantages than advantages to these enterprises. As well as keeping and improving export entry mode,Chinas enterprises should increase the use of contract entry mode such as OEM and franchise, and investment entry mode by investing mainly in the new EU members in the Central and Eastern Europe. The EU system ensuring free movement of goods in its internal market and its common trade policy to third countries should be noticed.
