Trade between EU and China: Disputes and Options for Solution

摘要：

China is facing a number of trade disputes after its entry into WTO and its major trade disputes are related to European Union. By classifying Chinas trade disputes with EU, the author analyses their reasons for trade imbalance between China and EU, changes of the industrial competitiveness, and disparities related to respective industrial structures and upgrading, and puts forward some suggestions for better understanding of each other through dialogues and consultation as to removing export control of technical goods by EU, making best use of early-warning mechanism on disputes, and further promoting intellectual property fights and independent innovation.
