Measurement of Complex Permittivity of Dielectrics at High Temperatures by Using Cylindrical Cavity
Complex permittivity is one of the most importantparameters of microwave dielectrics.When the dielectrics workin high temperature environments,the complex permittivity asa function of temperature should be measured while designingdielectrics and applying in microwave devices or radom.A testcavity used at temperature up to 1500 ℃ is designed andfabricated,and the test system for complex permittivitymeasurement at high temperatures is also built.Some typicalsamples are measured.
