The Re-Radiation Characteristics Of Nonlinear Target in Harmonic Radar Detection

摘要：

The formula of nonlinear junctions re-radiation isexpressed by Taylor series,and the nonlinear network model ofmetallic junction is further studied.Relationship between thepower,voltage of 3rd harmonic wave and the incidentfrequencies is calculated,and the function curves are obtainedafter the simulation of MATLAB.
