Study of the Narrowband Low-Loss Miniaturization HTS Diplex

摘要：

In this paper,the author used the full-waveelectromagnetic simulation to research the narrowbandlow-loss miniaturization HTS diplexer.The diplexer ismanufactured on the double-sided HTS YBCO film on aLaAIO3 substrate of 0.5ram.The miniaturization and lowinsertion loss of electron devices are realized using theadvantage that the quality factor of HTS film is 1-3 ordershigher than tlle normal metals.
