Narrow-Band Band-Pass Filter for Application in High Selectivity Receiver of Nonlinear Junction Detector

摘要：

A narrow-band band-pass filter for application in anon-linear junction detector has been developed.An interdigitalstructure has been used in order to achieve 0.5％ bandwidthand at the same time high rejection of interference signals.Thegoal was to design a narrow-band filter which ensures highsensitivity of the receiver and high rejection of signals havingfiequencies close to the second harmonic and high rejection offundamental frequency.Theoretical analysis as well asmeasurement results are shown.
