A New Algorithm for Millimeter-Wave Imaging Processing
Compared with optical-wave,millimeter-wave hasthe advantage of penetration through fog,smoke,clothing etc,which can detect weapons concealed underneath clothing.Unfortunately,the images obtained by millimeter-waveimaging systems have very low resolution.Thus imageprocessing methods to improve image quality is necessary.Inthe paper,a new image algorithm combining Projection ontoConvex Sets algorithm (POCS) and nonlinear extrapolationalgorithm for improving millimeter-wave images is proposedand the experimental results show it is efficient.
