Scattering of Electromagnetic Plane Waves by Moving Objects in High Frequency

摘要：

The purpose of this paper is to present a rigorousaccuracy analysis of the scattering of moving objects in highfrequency.By using the Lorentz transform,the monostaticRCS in high frequency of the moving objects,relative to therest reference,is found.With this technique,theelectromagnetic scattering problems of moving objects can bedealed with more specifically.
