An Auto-Focus Algorithm for Missile-Borne SAR
Compared with an air-borne SAR,a missile-borneSAR has three important characteristics including a high flightspeed,a straight movement with non-constant velocity and alarge squint angle.In several SAR imaging algorithms ofspotlight mode,approximately compensating of rangemigratory results to bad imaging.In this paper,according tothe imaging characteristics of missile-borne spotlight SAR fora ground target,we use the phase gradient algorithm to carryout the phase error correction.This new approach can improvethe image quality obviously and make the auto-focusprocessing converge better.The simulation results show thevalidity of the proposed method.
