Novel Differential Dual Frequency Antenna for Wireless Communication
In this paper,a novel differential dual frequencyantenna for wireless communication using proximity couplingtechnique is presented.Dual bands are realized by 6meandering slits at the patchs non-radiating edges.The slot inthe ground plane is employed to improve the performance ofthe antenna.The parameter study is also performed in order toinvestigate the characteristics of the proposed antenna.Simulated results show that the presented antenna can operateat both 2.35 and 5.24 GHz.Meanwhile,good radiationperformances are achieved at two bands.
