Dual Frequency Bands Series Feeding Antenna Array
This paper presents a new dual frequency bandsserial feeding coaxial collinear (COCO) antenna array.Thebasic radiation mechanism of the new type antenna array isdescribed.The gain and directivity of dual frequency bandschange with the number of the radiation sections.The endadjusting section is used to improve the bandwidth.A 7sections antenna array was designed for 900 MHz and 1800MHz.It has better omni-directivity in the horizontal plane andgets-0.14 dB gain at 900 MHz and 2.24 dB gain at 1800 MHz.
