Analysis of Sub-Millimeter Wave Four-Port Quasi-Optical Circulator
In radar system,one of the most important devicesis ferrite circulator.The circulator based on quasi-opticaltechniques at sub-millimeter wave frequencies own betterperformance than their waveguide equivalents This paperdemonstrates state-of-the-art performance for four-portquasi-optical circulator with the Faraday rotation angle,theellipticity and the insertion loss of the circulator when itoperating at 500GHz and 900GHz,respectively.Following thatsome results of circulator when operating at those frequenciesare given.An exact method based on matrix theory andFourier-transformation techniques is employed in this paper toanalyses QOFR.
