Improvement of the Design of Switched-Line Phase Shifter

摘要：

A Ku band 90° bit phase shifter with improvedSwitched-Line structure was fabricated.In this article,thebandwidth of the proposed phase shifter is much wider than theconventional ones.The proposed phase shifter operates from14 to 16 GHz with ±2° of phase deviation.
