Numerical Modeling of Two-Dimensional Photonic Crystal Circuits Using Fourier Modal Method Based on Floquet Modes

摘要：

A numerical approach for analyzingtwo-dimensional photonic crystal circuits are proposed.Themethod uses a technique of concatenation between the localnormal modes and the Floquet modes through the scatteringmatrices based on the Fourier mode analysis.Numericalexamples for several circuit components are presented fordemonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed method.
