Modeling of MEMS Gyro Drift by Time Series Analysis
With analyzing of the actual test data of MEMS drift, the corresponding dynamic model is studied and established by time series analysis theory. And a suit of software is designed, which includes the acquisition of the Gyro drift data, checking up and pretreatment of the Gyro drift data, choosing the model’s form, estimating the model’s parameter and checking up the model’s applicability. In this paper, the modeling process is presented in detail. The simulation results show that the method has apparent superiority on the Dynamic Data Modeling for MEMS drift.
