Design of Fault Injection System for Circuit Board Based on Simulation Technology
To meet the need of testability and diagnosis design evaluation for circuit boards, a fault injection system based on DSP in the paper. The key part of the system is a TMS320C5416 series DSP is presented component, CPLD components are used to expand the external circuit. The communication between the system and the master computer is realized by USB interface, and typical faults are injected from hardware-in-the loop simulation (HILS). The reliability of the system is high, and the arrangement of system is easy The system has been used in the engineering practice, and it is effective.
