VISION-BASED NAVIGATION FOR LANDING AN UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE IN COMPLEX ENVIRONMENT
INTRODUCTIONAs one kind of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV),an autonomous helicopter plays more and more importantroles,because of its high manoeuvrability and the ability of taking off and landing vertically.Landing onan appointed airborne platform is one of the biggest advantages of the helicopter.Therefore,autonomousdetecting,recognizing,and landing on an appointed helipad is also an important research project forautonomous helicopter.
