A Fault Tolerance Controller Framework for 1PU+3UPS Type Hybrid Machine Tool
INTRODUCTIONA fault-tolerant control system is designed to retain some portion of its control integrity when there is aspecified set of possible component faults or there are large changes in the system operating conditions thatresemble these faults.This can only be achieved if the control system has a built-in element of automaticreconfiguration.This reconfiguration is activated once a fault has been detected and isolated.FDI system plays animportant role in fault-tolerant control,without the FDI module,the fault-tolerance capability of control systemsis limited.Because before any control law reconfiguration is possible,the fault must be reliablydetected and isolated.
