摘要：

Faced with complicated and varied market conditions, the idea of “adaptive enterprises is a major breakthrough in the innovation of strategic ideas and management of modern enterprises. The paper intends to shed light on the non-linear feedback network, complexity mechanism and operating benefit of adaptive enterprises based on the complexity theory, thus presenting some important theories and ideas for management innovation.
