Research on Management Problem-solving Mode Based on TRIZ

摘要：

TRIZ is a theory and method to solve innovation problems and has gradually become the focus of research.The TRIZ methodology with its unique thinking offers a well-structured and high power problem solving process.The competence of fast and optimized decision making in management can be achieved and enhanced by using a TRIZ-based approach for non-technical problems.The paper provides an overview of the concept of TRIZ,the process of problem solving,and,the 12 principles of innovation.
