The Discussion on the Relationship Between Performance Management and Performance Appraisal
Performance management and performance appraisal are important processes and tools to evaluate employees performance.Although they have some similar functions,each of them has their own characteristics and different functions.This essay first reviews some literatures on performance management and performance appraisal;next,describes the definition of performance management and its characteristics;then describes the definition of performance appraisal and its approaches;and at last,discusses the relationship between them.
