Magnetic Resonance Leads to Negative Refraction

摘要：

We report negative refraction observedInsimulation of a prism comprised of modified split-ring resonators,which are well-known metamaterial particles with magnetic response to incident waves. Microscopic composition of the metamatertal prism is analyzed and negative refraction is explained by effective medium theory.
