A Low-Cost Four-Channel Variable Gain Amplifier Module for 900MHz GSM Base Station Receiver

摘要：

In This paper,we introduce a low-cost four-channel variable gain amplifier module with three chips assembled in a 7mm × 7mm × 1.5mm land grid array package. With 5V voltage supply,total quiescent current is 300mA. Each channel has 9dB gain,3.SdB noise figure,17.SdBm input third-order intercept point and no less than 24dB isolation from the other channels.This module can be used for 900MHz GSM base station receiver.
