A Novel Triple-band Filter with Transmission Zeros Using Tri-section SIRs
A compact triple-band bandpass filter (BPF) using tri-seetion stepped-impedance resonators (SIRs) is presented,in which the special coupling scheme at input/output (UO) ports is adopted to produce tunable transmission zerosInorder to generate high out-of-band suppression.A microstrip filter is simulated and fabricated,which achieves insertion loss of 1.5,2.5 and 1.7 dB at 1.0,2.4,3.6 GHz,respectively. The simulated and measured results show a great agreement.
