Compact Ultra-Wideband Antennas with Multiple Notches

In this paper,the compact ultra-wideband (UWB)antenna with multiple notches (stopbands) is implemented based onA back loaded multi-modes substrate in tegrated waveguide (SIW) cavity and associated with L-type resonators. Three sharp notches at 2.4GHz,3.5GHz and 5.8GHz are achieved insimulation and also experiment,which can then be applied in the UWB communication systems with the anti-jamming ability or low interference ability to other wireless systems,such as the 2.4GHz WLAN,3.5GHz WiMax or 5.8GHz WLAN etc.
