A Low Conversion Loss Millimeter Wave Fourth Subharmonic Mixer
A Low conversion loss millimeter wave fourth subharmonic (SH) mixer designs are proposedIn This paper.A millimeter wave fourth SH mixers with four open/short stubs is designed.InKa-band,the conversion loss is less than 10dB within a 3GHz bandwidth. The minimum loss is 7.SdB at the center frequency. By replacing two of the open/short stubs with low-pass filters,the performance of the SH mixer is improved significantly.InKa-band,the conversion loss is less than 9dB within a 3GHz bandwidth. The minimum loss is 7.4dB at the center frequency.
