Influence of Sweep Points on Measurement of Materials Property

摘要：

This paper describes error analysis of sweep points based on a simplified transmission/reflection method intime-domain for complex permittivity and permeability measurement. The uncertainty analysis yields estimates of the errors incurred due to the uncertainty inscatting parameter,length measurement,reference plane position and air gap errors near conductors and sample.Inmeasurement,the sweep points in fluence the S-parameters measurement precisionInthe same frequency range too.A description of this is presented in this paper.
