Knowledge Management as a Tool for Innovative in Telecomunctions Marketing
The development of the telecommunications industry is very important to the development of emerging counties.The telecommunications industry forms part of the backbone of communications and network development with the continuous demand that the consumer has placed on the telecommunications industry,innovation has become a crucial element of management.Furthermore,knowledge management has become vital for the modern day organization.With efficient knowledge management the organization is able to formulate and implement the most suitable competitive advantage.This paper will focus on the role that knowledge management plays in the development of innovative marketing namely; China Mobile and MTN,a South African telecommunications organization.Knowledge management aids the organizations competitive advantage and also strengthens the general brand credibility and leverage the organization enjoys due to the consumer.
