SERVICE LIFE PREDICTION OF XIAMEN XIANGAN SUBSEA TUNNEL LINING STRUCTURE

Service life prediction is major coverage of durability design of concrete structure,and one of hotspots and difficult points of the research on durability of concrete structures.Being different from surface structures and mountain tunnels,subsea tunnels withstand long-term high seawater pressure,whose hydrology geology environment is worse and the durableinfluence factors are also more complex. Based on the above characteristics,the authors havecarried on the experimental analysis of seawater components of Xiamen sea area,syntheticallyanalyzed the key factors influencing the durability of subsea tunnel lining structure,andrealized the theory predication of subsea tunnel lining structures service life under thecriterion of safe bearing capacity. Then,through the research on the experiments in the testroom,the authors have determined chlorides diffusion coefficient in the subsea tunnel lining,established the acceleration ratio of the accelerated corrosion test in the test room to thenatural corrosion in natural environment,and realized its service lifes experiment predication.The method suggested in this article conforms to the engineering reality and reflects the life-span characteristics of the actual tunnel lining structure and can be used to predict the servicelife of the similar projects.
