A Compact Dual band Miniaturized Antenna For WLAN Operation

摘要：

A novel dual-band antenna for wireless local area network(WLAN) applications in 802.11a/b/g is investigated. The proposed antenna effectively covers both 2.4/5-GHz hands with three resonances that are caused by the L-slot and two connected patches. The parametric study is performedInorder to understand the characteristics of the proposed antenna. The return loss,radiation pattern,gain are studied too. The simulation return loss indicates the suitability of this antenna for the WLAN applications.
