Study of Modeling for Microwave High-Power Devices Based on Artificial Neural Networks

摘要：

This article firstly proposes a new characterizing method of microwave nonlinear drcuits,namely large-signal scattering function. Then,it introduces the test system of the scattering functions. Finally,we build a mathematic model of microwave large-signal scattering functions using various Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) with the obtained data.
