A New Modeling of Radar Target Based on Multi-scattering Centers and Implementation of Radar Target HWIL Simulation System

This paper focus on the Involved theoretical characteristics,modeling of the radar target especially the near field target considering the influence of JEM (jet engine modulation) and implementation of near field radar target HWIL(hardware-in-the-loop) simulation system and proposes a new modeling method based on multi-scattering centers.Multi-scattering centers modeling method is based on decomposition of components of the near field radar target. JEM effect caused by the rotating-blades of aircraft engine can greatly disturb the useful signals scattered by targets body,therefore it must be consideredInmodeling and simulation of radar target like jet aircraft. HWIL simulation can he defined as a kind of real-time simulation system which uses hardware to replace the mathematical model of simulation. Radar target HWIL simulation system has become an important method on the research evaluating radar and replacing outfield test.
