Three Reduced-Size Ratrace Couplers

摘要：

In This paper,three reduced-size ratrace hybrid-couplers and their design equations are presented. These new configurations exhibit over 25％ reduction infootprint as compared to the conventional ratrace hybrid coupler. These are very suitable for MMICs and aerospace applications. The proposed structures are verified using a fullwave simulator.
