Screening and Application of the Biotransformed Bacteria for Waste Liquor of Cotton Stalk APMP Pulping
As a kind of non-wood fiber material,cotton stalk has been gained more and more attention in paper-making industry.However,the treatment of cotton stalk waste liquor is the bottleneck of further application of cotton stalk.The waste liquor of cotton stalk pulp is rich in polysaccharides,pectins and proteins.And it can be directly used as the culture medium for microorganisms,which is the important material basis for its biotransformation.In this study,the cotton stalk pulp waste was transformed by a strain(N4)isolated in our laboratory,and the transformed product was used to treat the polluted soil by nitrates.The results showed that the waste of mechanical cotton stalk pulp is of high utilization value.The N4 bacteria cultivated with the waste could greatly reduce nitrate nitrogen in the soil,which was of great significance in the treatment of nitrate pollution in vegetable fields.Soil remediation by the biotransformed product of the pulping wastewater was a methodology of circular economy with great economical and social profits.
