Study on the Application of PSiAFCC in the Treatment of Papermaking Deinked Effluent

In this paper,the inorganic macro flocculant Poly-Silicate Aluminum Ferrous Calcium Chloride(PSiAFCC)made in lab was used to treat the papermaking deinked effluent,and some parameters were determined to get the optimum.Also,the effectiveness of PSiAFCC was compared with PAC and PFS.The results show that the decrement rate of CODcr in papermaking deinked effluent treated by PSiAFCC was 10.3% and 8.2% higher than that treated by PAC and PFS respectively; the decrement rate of chroma in papermaking deinked effluent treated by PSiAFCC was 6.1% and 13.7%higher than that treated by PAC and PFS respectively.The polluting loading of papermaking deinked effluent can be decreased by PSiAFCC efficiently.
