Catalysis of Hydrogen Peroxide in Ethanol-Water Pulping of Reed
In this paper, the delignification orderliness in auto-catalytic ethanol pulping and H2O2-catalytic ethanol pulping of reed were studied and compared. The results reveal that although the delignification disciplinarian in the two pulping processes is consentaneous, adding H2O2 into ethanol-water solution can accelerate the delignification reaction. The research of micro-distribution of lignin in the cell wall with the aid of SEM+EDAX indicates that in ethanol-water pulping process, the sequence of lignin removal follows the order of Middle Lameila + Primary wall > S1 secondary wall > S3 secondary wall >S2 secondary wall. When the cooking time is over 30min,the rate of delignification reaction depressed obviously except that in the ML+Players.
